TERMS OF SALE

The terms and conditions of sale of the angelsharespirits.com site are described below.

1. RESERVATION AND PURCHASE.

In order to purchase the products of the e-shop, the customer must use the shopping cart. Each product for sale is accompanied by a photo, a description and a price; you can select and book the individual products offered, indicating the desired quantity. By following the guided path, you can get to the last screen that asks for confirmation of the order and consent to the processing of data. The customer can decide to make his purchase by registering on our site (in doing so he will not need to re-enter the data for subsequent orders) or to proceed with the purchase without the obligation to register.
The order will be confirmed by Angelshare Spirits by e-mail within one working day. Angelshare Spirits may, at its discretion, not accept the order if the information provided by the Customer is incorrect or misleading (e.g. incorrect or insufficient payment details, incorrect billing details, incorrect or incomplete shipping address), or if they are errors on the Products ordered on the Site (e.g. error relating to the price, availability, or description of the Products).

2. PRODUCT AVAILABILITY AND SELLING PRICE.

For each item, the unit sales price expressed in currency is indicated, including VAT (Value Added Tax) and net of shipping costs. Shipping fees may vary depending on the type of delivery, the quantity of products to be shipped, their volume, weight and destination.
All the products in the e-shop are available in stock. Should unforeseen events arise due to delays in the delivery of the products, the Customer will be promptly informed by e-mail.

3. PAYMENT METHODS AND GUARANTEES.

For the payment of purchases, the Customer can use the following methods:

• Credit, debit or rechargeable credit card valid with the Visa or Mastercard logo;
• Paypal;
• Advance bank transfer
• Google Pay.

Angelshare Spirits uses the SSL secure system. Furthermore, the 3D Secure system is used for Mastercard and Visa. This procedure is absolutely safe and guarantees both the consumer and Angelshare Spirits. With this system, no one can in any way read the information entered and sent via the internet. Angelshare Spirits cannot know or register your credit card number or your data because these are transferred directly, using the SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol, to the website of Stripe for authorization; Angelshare Spirits is only informed of the payment authorization issued by Stripe.

Advance bank transfer:

In this case, you will be directly responsible for making the payment through your bank and no sensitive data will be communicated to Angelshare Spirits. Using the payment by bank transfer, the goods will be sent only after having received communication from our bank of the effective receipt of the payment. Usually the reception times are about 3 working days. The current account to which the payment is to be made is indicated below.

4. DELIVERY OF GOODS AND SHIPPING COSTS.

All products ordered by the customer and confirmed by Angelshare Spirits, will be shipped by Express Courier (national and international) to the address indicated by the customer for delivery. The products shipped in Italy are generally delivered within 1-2 working days from delivery to the carrier; products shipped within the European Union are delivered within 6-7 working days of shipment. For shipments outside the EU it takes on average 9-10 working days from shipment. Shipments are made from Monday to Friday. 5. IMPORT TAXES AND CUSTOMS DUTIES.

The products sold are not subject to any import tax or customs duty, if the product is sold and delivered in Italy. In the case of deliveries to countries within the European Union and not belonging to the European Union, the products may be subject to import taxes and / or customs duties depending on the type of product and the country of destination. It is not possible to predict in any way if and what costs would be incurred for excise duties and / or customs clearance of the goods. 6. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL.

All purchases made on the angelsharespirits.com site are subject to the discipline of Legislative Decree 206/05, dictated in the matter of distance contracts.
According to what is expressed in the Community legislation on the Right of Withdrawal, Angelshare Spirits provides that this right can be exercised only by natural persons (consumers). The consumer can communicate the wishes of withdrawal by sending a registered letter (address: N.M.N. Service Srls- Via Crescenzago 13 – 20134 Milano) or a PEC to the address nmnservices@pec.it within 14 days from the date of delivery of the goods.
The purchased good must be intact in all its forms and must be sent to Angelshare Spirits within 10 working days from the notice of withdrawal. Shipping costs will be borne by the consumer. The right of withdrawal does not apply to products that have been opened or damaged by the consumer. Angelshare Spirits reserves the right to refuse returned goods if they are not sent in their original packaging. Angelshare Spirits, will be required to reimburse the price of the returned goods within 7 days from the return of the goods by means of a reversal of the amount charged to the payment card or by bank transfer.

7. SPECIFIC WITHDRAWAL POLICY FOR PARTICULARLY RARE PRODUCTS.

Some bottles (marked in the product sheets) may have been purchased from important private collections. Angelshare Spirits takes care to evaluate the state of conservation of the bottles before putting them on sale. For obvious reasons it is not possible to guarantee the contents of older bottles, which are therefore sold with the seen and liked formula.

8. AGE REQUIREMENTS.

By accepting the conditions of sale at the time of purchase, Users declare that they are of age according to the legislation applicable to them. Under no circumstances may children under the age of 18 purchase on Angelshare Spirits. The User who makes the purchase through Angelshare Spirits declares and guarantees that whoever will receive the shipment of the purchased products is of age according to the legislation applicable to the latter.

9. GUARANTEES ON YOUR PERSONAL DATA.

Pursuant to and for the purposes of Legislative Decree no. 30 June 2003, n. 196 the personal data collected at the time of signing the purchase order and / or compiling the invoice are excluded from the consent of the interested party as they are collected and held solely on the basis of the tax obligations provided for by national and European law and are used only in order to allow the exact fulfillment of the obligations deriving from the purchase contract.
The personal data provided by customers will not be used for the purposes of commercial communication or for carrying out market research unless after the prior consent of the Customer after reading the rights of the interested party (Article 7 of Legislative Decree No. 196 / 2003) and the information pursuant to the law (Article 13 of Legislative Decree No. 196/2003).
